My Dad was let down badly by HDU. How can the NHS be made better if only good experiences are taken into account? My review is it about the NHS which is a fantastic service but this hospital is horrible

Thank you for your feedback. It is disheartening to hear that your Dad did not have good experiences on HDU, for this we are very sorry. We do welcome all forms of feedback, and take into account positive and negative experiences to help learn and improve. Very often it is the less positive experiences which initiate change for the better. If you feel that the care or treatment was substandard in any way then you can raise a concern or a complaint through the Patient Experience Team.
