"Foreign Object Removal from Finger"

About: General Surgery / Minor Procedures Unit

(as the patient),

Following consultation and ultrasound confirmation of a small foreign object in my middle finger (piece of broken hawthorn), I attended Stracathro for only the second time - first time was for 'the snip', so I was hoping for an altogether less emotional experience!  Not disappointed.

Pleasant location, loads of convenient parking slots and everything within easy walking distance - what a joy!

Friendly staff at reception, taken in on time and procedure explained in full by operating surgeon Mr Wigderowitz and his registrar and staff.

Very professional service throughout - much appreciated.
