I was welcomed and assessed by two patient and caring physiotherapists - Lindsay, and I am sorry I have forgotten the other staff member's name.
They were generous with their time, seemed genuinely interested in my concerns and very respectful. It turned a daunting appointment into a very supportive experience and I would like them to know it was very much appreciated.
Both staff members are definitely in the right career, thank you.

As Lindsay's manager, I am well aware of her caring and compassionate manner with patients but receiving feedback like this is always welcome. I am very pleased that the respect and care that was shown to you by our staff members helped to put you at ease. Good luck with the rest of your treatment.
