"Assessment of Pelvic Health by Physiotherapy"

About: Adamson Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I was welcomed and assessed by two patient and caring physiotherapists -  Lindsay, and I am sorry I have forgotten the other staff member's name.

They were generous with their time, seemed genuinely interested in my concerns and very respectful. It turned a daunting appointment into a very supportive experience and I would like them to know it was very much appreciated.

Both staff members are definitely in the right career, thank you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us this feedback. As Lindsay's manager, I am well aware of her caring and compassionate manner with patients but receiving feedback like this is always welcome. I am very pleased that the respect and care that was shown to you by our staff members helped to put you at ease. Good luck with the rest of your treatment. I will pass your kind words on to both Lindsay and the other member of staff who is new to our team.
