"Recent hospital admission for a change of Stoma stents."

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I arrived early yesterday at the Queen Margaret, Dunfermline and was pleased with the lovely warm welcome. I was took right away which took away my worry. From the minute I went into the ward I got the staff nurse to look after me.

She went through everything slowly and was very patient and explained everything very thoroughly.

I felt really secure that she was always around me until the nurse came to take me to theartre.

When I returned to the ward, there was my staff nurse right at my side again. It made me feel very safe and secure.

Consultant arrived at my bedside. Explained everything thoroughly.  I felt I totally understood everything.

That's me until my next change in 6 months.
