I was seen on time at Ninewells Dermatology outpatients and the lady I saw, Karen, was kindness itself! She was so understanding and kind and she fully explained my treatment options. I left the department feeling informed, cared for and more positive about my condition

my name is Mary. I'm the charge nurse in the dermatology department in Ninewells and want to say thank you for taking the time to leave this lovely feedback.
It's good to know that you had such a positive experience and left your appointment feeling understood, informed and cared for. Karen is a very dedicated and experienced specialist nurse and I'll be sure to pass your feedback on to her and I hope that you continue to receive the excellent care and treatment that you deserve.
