"Went above her remit"

About: Ophthalmology / Eye Casuality and Orthopics

(as a relative),

Wife asked to go to Eye casualty at Royal. The receptionist, Joanna, was lovely put my wife at ease, all questions no trouble.

After a long time I was going for tea, Joanne said no I will make your wife and yourself a cup,  even asked to see how long we were going to be in waiting - 4 hours waiting.

This young lady went above her remit,  so please give a good feedback 10/10  and thank you to her.
