I had a scheduled appointment for a Flexible Sigmoidoscopy today and I have to say all the staff I dealt with were pleasant, professional and an absolute credit to the NHS.
They explained everything to me as this was my first time having this procedure and by talking with them they helped lower my level of anxiety.
The ward was very busy as you would expect but all round a first class service was delivered by the staff.
My thanks to all there.
