"The language used is very professional"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Children's Eyes and ENT (ward 31)

(as a parent/guardian),

We visit the team once or twice a year for a review with my 5 year old son and the visit is always really positive. Any staff we meet are always patient and empathetic.

Once the visit is over we normally get a letter sent to our GP with a copy sent to our home. We received a letter a few weeks ago from his last appointment detailing the review. However the language used is obviously very professional and it would be great if there was the opportunity to get the information broken down in a way that I could understand and get a 'feel' for what my son's vision is like.
