The care and attention provided by physios from the NHS was excellent.

My dad had broken hip in 3 places and was in need of a substantial amount of care and rehab. Claire and Karen were patient and attentive and kind towards my dad even though at times, my dad could be a bit stubborn and impatient.

They are a credit to the NHS and physio department.

Thanks for taking the time to post such a positive experience that you dad had with the staff in Airdrie Integrated Rehab Team. Karen and Claire enjoyed spending the time getting to know your dad and encouraging him to actively participate in his rehabilitation, with brilliant results. They are indeed a credit to themselves, the profession and the integrated rehab team.

We are facing challenges just now due to the combination of high demand for our services, combined with some ongoing staffing issues, so your recognition of the good work by the staff is very much appreciated.
