(as a parent/guardian),

I visited the Lagan Valley hospital with my 13 year old daughter for her MMR vaccine. She was very tearful & nervous as many children are.

We were seen by Collette & Sinead who were honestly the nicest nurses we've ever seen.

They explained everything & put so much effort into helping her get through it. The loveliest of ladies who were so funny & are a credit to the NHS!

They showed wonderful patience & genuine care & I am so grateful!
