"Kind, considerate and helpful treatment"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department The Ulster Hospital / General Medicine (Ward 6D/6E)

(as a service user),

During my recent stay in The Ulster Hospital ED and Ward 6E, despite being in a corridor bed, I received kind, considerate and helpful treatment throughout my stay. I can't remember anyone's name but all the staff I met showed me and my family compassion and honesty.

Hi Kitty54

Thank you for informing us of your experience when you attended the Ulster ED recently. Thank you for understanding the pressures the Health Service and the Ulster Hospital are experiencing and having to use corridor beds to provide care. It is good to hear that your experience was a positive one and you were well cared for. I do hope you continue to improve and keep well.

Kind regards

Jenny

ED Lead Nurse
