"The lady we seen was incredible"

(as a parent/guardian),

I want to say how amazing our experience has been. I attended an appointment with my granddaughter and the lady we seen was incredible.  She listened and was so good with my granddaughter, put her at ease. We are getting discharged after the initial assessment but they have booked us in for one more session to go over mindfulness techniques and anxiety management before discharging from the service. I want to say a massive thank you to her as our first experience was not so great. We need more staff like her. Well done and thank you for the worry worm, she loved it.

I’m so pleased to hear how the clinician was able to put your granddaughter at ease and enabled her to feel heard. This is absolutely what we aspire to be the experience of all young people and families who come to CAMHS.
