My father was admitted to A&E with chest pains and has now spent 2 evenings in A&E. Staff Nurse Lauren has been exceptional in her provision of nursing care to my father. Furthermore, Lauren was responsive to our queries and concerns and communicated empathy and compassion to dad’s situation. Lauren is a credit to both the nursing profession and an asset to the Southern Health and Social Care Trust.

Thankyou for taking the time to share your positive feedback. We will share with the staff in Craigavon ED. Unfortunately your father should not have had to spend 2 evenings in ED waiting on an admission bed.
We hope he got appropriately placed and that he is recovering.
