"Kind & Professional Staff"

After miscommunication & a lengthy delay elsewhere, I was seen here at the outpatients clinic for an initial consultation. 

Dr Khanum & the nurse were exceptionally kind to me, taking time to listen to me and to explain things with care. For example, I was advised to have a thorough eye test, which I promptly organised. After my appointment Dr Khanum followed up with a phone call, as she said she would. The phone call was to give me the results of a blood test. Previously I’d had difficulty accessing blood tests results, as I got caught in confusion between hospital & my GP. Therefore it was extremely reassuring & helpful to receive this phone call. 

Although I’ve endured a lot of stress and disappointment previously, my experience here is a world apart. Overall it’s made the situation easier to deal with.
