The community Nursing Team in Hythe, had been wonderful in caring for my late husband (JF). I was supported and helped through the Trust charity, Brighterway, this helped to attend to my thoughts and wishes. 

Myself and my husband received great care and attention from the nursing team. In particular a member of the team called Rose. The nursing care made such an impression upon me – the time given, compassion, expertise and above all kindness.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about my team. I am pleased that you have found the nursing and therapy support helpful. Good palliative care is a passion for us all and it is wonderful to learn that the efforts are making an impact.

It is always much appreciated by both the Trust and our employees, when patients or carers who have had a positive experience and take the time to express this in writing. All feedback is recorded to enable us to offer a balanced report that we can draw learning from regarding the patient’s experience of our services.
