I would like to say thank you once again to this very well run clinic. From the receptionist to practitioner you are really made to feel at ease.
Today Linda really made me feel as if I really mattered and made me feel at ease during a very personal procedure. Not only was she very professional she was so warm and reassuring and treated me with dignity and acknowledged that I had a credible understanding and knowledge of my body and treatments. So good to know too that you can phone up about any concerns and they will get back to you. Please pass on my thanks and hope this service never disappears.
You are so valuable and a credit not only to the hospital but the NHS as a whole. Even more so when things have been and are so challenging in recent times.
