"Doctor explained things clearly to us"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My toddler was sent to A&E by the GP who was concerned about her presentation. 

We were seen (really quickly despite how busy they were) by Dr Chan who was wonderful. He took time to thoroughly assess my daughter and diagnosed her quickly.

He was kind and attentive and tried to reassure my daughter who was scared and quite unwell. He explained things clearly to us as parents and we felt in good hands.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I can only begin to imagine how worried you must have been prior to attending the Royal Hospital for Children with your daughter.

Hospitals can be a daunting place at the best of times so to hear the staff were professional and compassionate throughout her stay was very heart warming.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear such glowing feedback about their service.
