"No appt given"

I phoned up to make an appt for my 2.5 month old baby as she had a lump on her arm. The receptionist whose name I am not mentioning booked me in for a telephone consultation instead which I was not happy about, I also sent pictures via the link they sent me

The dr rang me a few hours later and I told him the problem over the phone. He then said baby needs a course of antibiotics without actually seeing her in person. My daughter finished the course but the lump was getting bigger and I was concerned so I took her ugent care centre on the weekend where they confirmed it was a reaction to tje bcg jab she had. They said its infected noe as we left it so long and didn't get the treatment we needed. The dr at ucc injected the lump which was full of fluid and blood, took all the blood out and bandaged it. If the dr had actually had the decency to see my daughter face to face the lump would have not got infected. The drs at ucc were surprised aswell as to why the neglected a 2.5 month old baby and did not give her face to face appointment.
