"Responsive team & great staff skills"

I didn’t want the home to call, but when Claire came she was so nice I couldn’t tell her to leave, so Claire's approach meant I got my wound well looked after.

I was shocked as Claire told me she would order some bits, and based on previous experience of healthcare staff, didn't think they would arrive but they did.

I have previously faced a lot of judgement and people unable to understand my communication needs and am delighted that going forward I feel able to approach, ask and accept help, this is a big step for me.
