"She has been supportive and available throughout"

About: Child and Adolescent Mental Services / CAMHS Craigavon & Banbridge

(as a service user),

My daughter has been attending Lyndsey at tier 2 CAMHS for 6 months with anxiety and poor school attendance.

Lyndsey has been supportive and available throughout, she has linked in with school and the education authority and that support has kept me going when i was becoming overwhelmed, i do not feel alone dealing with my daughters anxiety.

She is a credit to the service.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of CAMHS with us through Care Opinion.

It is heartening to hear that you and your daughter received the support that you did from Lynsey. Navigating a range of agencies when you are experiencing challenging times can be daunting for families and it is great that Lynsey has been able to advocate for your daughter and support you both with this.

I will share this with Lynsey and the wider team.

Thanks again for taking the time to make contact with us.
