I attended the xray department for an ultrasound. When I got into the room for the procedure, there were 3 members of staff. They all introduced themselves and were friendly and pleasant.
I think the person that carried out the ultrasound was still in training however they explained this and asked if this was OK. At the end another person also had a quick check.
It was a good experience in amongst many of my bad experiences with the NHS. They genuinely seemed to care and wished me well. They also confirmed they would let the consultant's secretary know when my results were sent. So good communication as well.
"It was a good experience"
