Both Herts and West Essex ICB and PALS for HCT have taken a view that emails and voice mails will be ignored.
All I am trying to do is find out why I am excluded from accessing fatigue services. Instead of helping, and trying to get answers PALS for HCT never answer their phone, never return calls, and provide no answers.
The ICB, who advised this referral appear to have decided that they do not have to listen to a patient. Informed me that once a week they will email. Any emails and voice messages from me will be put in a file. My experience is that when there is an email returned none of the questions I asked about are answered.
In my experience, the ICB has no respect for patients, no intention of trying to resolve anything, or provide a service to cover a gap in service provision.
By writing that they will put all emails and voice messages in the file, the message is clear to me! I feel ignored.
Absolutely appalled by this turn of events. So much for patients being listened to, taken seriously, treated with respect. My experience is the opposite.
And still, no treatment. No help, no support, no hope of getting any. Worse, a service that is supposed to help has deliberately caused harm.
Nobody seems to cares. Nobody will do anything about it.
"No service provision"
