Our health centre sent the frailty nurse to help my husband who is having many falls and difficulty walking.
First we had Emma who listened and advised. She provided equipment and was so friendly. Sadly she left but Beth was equally friendly, she showed my husband exercises which are helping to improve his walking and again provided more equipment, all of which is making his quality of life better.
