About: Princess Alexandra Eye Pavillion

(as the patient),

I attended the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion for a procedure in theatre. The thought of eye surgery can be overwhelming and scary but Ben the theatre nurse was brilliant. He sat down next to me introduced himself and told me he was here to look after me, which made me relax and not worry so much. I  want to make sure he is recognised for his professional and caring manner  and thank him again.
