"The nurse who was by my side while I was poorly"

I got admitted on ward 9 in Wansbeck hospital from Cramlington hospital.

At this point I was fitting and in a lot of pain.

When I arrived on ward 9 i immediately had a fit and Julie was there, as well as the dr and they decided I would have to be in a room where they kept a look out on us.

The next day the fits had increased and the pain was unbearable.

The care I received from the dr on the weekend shift was lovely as well.

When I was having fit after fit Julie was there stroking my head. I was very hot. Holding my hand. I became very emotional. She was drying my eyes and making me laugh. She went above and beyond explaining things even if I asked them a million times (she has the patience of a saint). I will miss seeing her when I go home but if you find yourselfs going on ward 9 in Wansbeck hospital I expect you will be just fine.

Thank you Julie, you're a amazing nurse, Faye, Demi, all the day shift staff and the cleaners.
