"Consistently good care"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I want to ask everyone involved in the orthopaedic out patients dept at Glasgow Royal Infirmary

Over the last number of years I’ve needed multiple surgeries on my foot and everyone I met in the Out Patient Clinics has been outstanding . From the initial meeting with the reception staff the nurses the x ray and scans staff a warm friendly atmosphere where you’d instantly feel, safe and well cared for plus more than a few laughs along the way .

I mustn’t forget the surgeon Mr Kumar and his incredibly helpful secretary Debbie. Biggest shout out for the nursing staff who dressed wounds helped with infections and cared when things just weren’t going well

Dear ADEMed

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was very pleased to hear you have had such positive experiences while under the care of the Orthopaedic Outpatients Department.

It was heart warming to hear how the staff have provided a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for you and other patients and you have found everyone to be approachable and caring.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to receive such glowing feedback about their service.

Kind regards

Kevin
