(as a service user),

Attended for camera down throat today staff were very supportive and professional. Reception staff, i think his name was john was very chatty and made me feel at ease.

Thank you for taking the time to post such positive feedback. Endoscopy staff strive to provide support during all procedures. I will pass on your lovely comments to our Reception staff also, I'm glad you were made to feel at ease during what can be a stressful time.
