"Calm and relaxing atmosphere"

I saw Lisa  last year for repeat smear and results. Rather than the appointment be purely procedural, Lisa took quality time explaining why I was recalled, and what the possible outcomes might be. My appointment could not have been better. There was no rushing about, instead a calm and relaxing atmosphere, for what was an unpleasant procedure. When I received my results, Lisa spoke to me personally by telephone and explained what might happen next. She was so friendly and approachable.
