Went to A & E, I was crying and bleeding in two places on knee and on hand as just had accident but the reception asked lots of unnecessary questions at that time like ethnicity and religion.
I understand that it may be required but shouldn't you just ask name, address and phone number maybe school and then send to nurse?
After nurse gave me Paracetomol and gave wet paper towel, I had to wait 2 hours and 40 minutes to see doctor, I did an x-ray and my 3 wounds were still not cleaned and dressing hadn't been done... After x-ray finished had to wait 15 minutes for doctor to come again.
Only after that did they clean the wounds and do dressing on it. Came to Hospital at 5 and left after 9.. had to go through so much pain.
