Hello, for the kind attention please of REI and CEO Plymouth Hospital Trust

I have now been signed off, following a review post-cataract surgery.

The whole experience has been outstanding, with kind, good humoured and professional care afforded to me by everyone, from booking, reception, clinical staff, and specialist doctors, notably Panos.

Further despite the patient numbers, the REI is immaculately clean. Also I noted some patients needed a little more care, perhaps with mobility or vision. Their needs were really well looked after,.

In conclusion my genuine thanks to all.
