"Life is worth living"

About: Telford STaRS

(as a service user),

Hi I came to the attention of STARS when I lost my wife to coronavirus back in 2020 life got so bad I started to self medicate but it made no difference and it was not until my 18 year old daughter begged me to get help in seeing the pain in her eyes I found myself sitting in front of my GP and he referred me to STARS where I was put on a script and was again referred over to a mental health and wellbeing practitioner Debbie. Debbie really helped me learn a lot of coping mechanisms and ways of managing anxieties that had built up over time Deborah was just so genuine she helped me realize that life has meaning, and to date im absolutely drug free and determined to take my life back and that is partly to do with STARS and the help I received from Deborah. Yours Sincerely A
