Took 20 phone calls and a 2 week wait from initial contact to see a GP.
The phone line, e consult is not fit for purpose. Saw the GP and she was dismissive of my issues and seemed to want to insist that i have anxiety, which i don't!. I was prescribed medication following an abnormal blood test, however when i went to collect the Prescription, it had not been requested from the previous day. When it was eventually sent, the item had been discontinued. I had to go to surgery and Pharmacist 3 times and still not been prescribed the item. Just a mess.
