"Boiling Point"

Received a text message from the nurse regarding my blood pressure and was told to telephone this morning at 8am to make an appointment with my GP, I was told that the GP’s would not be making any appointments for the foreseeable future but I could see a Locum!

I said that I didn’t want to see a locum but wanted to see the GP that requested I call

Needless to say I did not have an appointment

I had to go to the practice to collect a prescription for a urine infection (seems I have a lot going for me at present!) was told to go after 2 I got to the pharmacy next door at 2.30 was told it wasn’t there, I then had to go into the practice and request it, the receptionist printed it out and lo and behold a doctor came out and signed it, this is not the first time that I have been let down by this practice

I am ever hopeful that they will improve but obviously not until the foreseeable future when the doctors see patients
