I went into the practice to pick up a form for blood tests as requested by the doctor (who was helpful and thorough). When I asked the receptionist, she acted like no one had ever requested this before. I was asked to sit. I waited almost half an hour, then asked again at the reception. The receptionist walked over to another staff member who printed the form in less than a minute. Instead of handing me the form so I could be on my way, she stood in front of me folding the paper slowly, looked past me and started talking to another person. She then put her hand out without acknowledging me in a dismissive manner. I usually don’t write reviews but this was so rude and the service was so incompetent. No one should be treated this way, especially after a stressful day at work.
