"Infections after Gallbladder removal."

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy

(as a service user),

Following Surgery and numerous infections, a Picc line was inserted in my right arm so the the care team was able to provide iv antibiotics on a daily basis.  This included weekends, holidays i.e. Christmas, New years and bank holidays.

I am very grateful for the care and attention provided by the care team.

Thank you Patrick234 for your feedback.

I'm really pleased that you have benefitted from the input of our service and that you were able to get your treatment on a daily basis following your surgery and infections including weekend and bank holidays.

I will pass your positive experience back to the OPAT team involved

Take care
