About: University Hospital Ayr / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I recently presented at A&E with a cardiac episode. As ever, the staff were remarkably kind, reassuring and friendly despite being very busy.

Thankfully my stay was shorter than previous ones and treatment less traumatic, but the care was every bit as thorough.

Special thanks to Sam, the doctor, and the Charge Nurse whose name escapes me.
