"There will always be a place in my heart for these fantastic staff"

I would like to give a huge thank you to the amazing staff in the ACU Department at Altnagelvin Hospital for their dedication and hard work throughout my Grandmother's final weeks. The staff were very caring towards my Grandmother, even at the hardest of times when she may have been difficult to tend to. 

In particular Carla, Nelly & Anna were always at hand when we needed them and kept us informed with everything we needed to know. The bedside manner of these Nurses was superb and it is clear that they understand their patients needs. My Grandmother was treated with first-class care and was very blessed to be under the care of the ACU department. 

There will always be a place in my heart for these fantastic staff, who quite clearly go above and beyond their needs to make sure the patients and their families have everything they need. We could not have asked for more at such a difficult time.
