Work colleagues, doctors, air ambulance all worked to save my life. Cardiac arrest 2 days in a row at work. Attended Antrim area hospital, then to Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast for stints and a defibrillator implant. Everyone has been caring, helpful, friendly and kind.
