My teenage daughter was admitted with severe abdominal pain. I had to bring her into A&E and the staff were lovely, we were attended to very quickly.
My daughter was then moved to AU1, where she had to go for a CT scan. The radiographer who we saw was so lovely, his name was Sam, he is an asset to NHS Fife, so friendly and informative and made my daughter feel at ease. I wish every area of NHS had someone like him!
She also had to attend for an ultrasound, and Jeremy and Claire were so nice and made us both feel relaxed as we could be.
After a night in AU1 she was transferred to ward 43, where all staff were friendly, a little short on the ground for staff but lovely all the same. She is currently still awaiting results of to see what is going on.
Keep up the good work everyone.
