"Care received by my elderly aunt"

About: Community Wards / Tay Ward - Care of the Elderly

(as a relative),

I am very happy with the level of care and attention my aunt received from the team and from staff on Tay Ward at PRI.  My aunt stayed there for a few weeks after being admitted to hospital. It was evident from the outset that the staff were committed to her wellbeing and safety and did their utmost to ease her anxiety - provisions, resources and suggestions were put in place to help her feel more settled, family members made to feel welcome and we were kept well informed of next steps.

Dear Niece60,

Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to provide the feedback surrounding your aunt's care within Tay Ward. I have ensured that the team have been notified and shown this feedback. I am particularly pleased to read that you felt welcome and informed when visiting Tay Ward.

SCN Sandra Griffin will also highlight this story to the wider team of the other staff involved in the care within Tay Ward.

With much thanks Anne
