"The best ward Mum has been in over the years."

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Elderly Medicine (wards 2a, 2c, 6a, 6c, 8a & 8c)

(as a service user),

Mum has been in this ward a few weeks now and have to say it is the best ward she has been in over the years.

The nurses stop and give you time and speak to you, give proper updates when needed and keep you updated on changes etc. it is a very well run ward and everyone is lovely to deal with and they listen to what you have to say and will change anything if and when required.

The care my Mum receives is excellent and I know their job is anything but easy. Any question you ask they will answer and if unable to, will find out for you. 

Thank you so much for continuing to give Mum the care and help she needs.
