About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

Absolutely awful experience I will avoid this hospital at all cost in the future. Unfortunately very very disappointed. It was my first visit here as I've only just moved to the area, however I won’t be visiting again if I can help it. Staff were great but overall atmosphere in the waiting area felt at times unsafe with disruptive patients, and people falling out cause of the frustration of long waiting time.
