"Great experience in a bad situation."

About: Victoria Hospital / General Surgery

(as a service user),

I arrived at Victoria hospital Kirkcaldy in severe pain. I ended up in ward 52 and had my gallbladder removed. I want to thank all the doctors and nurses there, the care and attention was amazing. And also to all the other staff who keep the ward going, in particular the house keeper Mrs Purple, absolutely loved her personality, you could never feel down with her around. Great experience in a bad situation. Thanks.

Hello Dell1.

Thank you for taking the time to give this lovely feedback for Ward 52. I will be sure to pass on your comments, especially to Mrs Purple who brings so much joy to the ward.

I hope you are resting and recovering well.

Take care
