Our GP has been amazing and outstanding during mums cancer journey. Where we have been let down by other NHS services they have always been there for us and explain everything to us on a level that we understood. Can't praise Knowetop Medical enough from the helpful reception staff to every GP and nurse.

Thank you for sharing your experience on Care Opinion of Knowetop Medical Practice.
I am so pleased to hear that your mum has had excellent care from the GP during her cancer journey. It's lovely to read that this has been from all staff from reception to GPs.
GP’s are independent contractors and are responsible for responding to feedback a person may have about the service; they are not registered on Care Opinion. Can I please invite you to contact the Practice Manager to ensure this lovely feedback reaches the correct people.
