About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Avon Valley

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Referred to the SW Frailty Team by my GP.

They were very kind and gentle and took time, did not rush me.

Nice group of people, they were very good.

Did not feel they could have done anything more.

Wish the team well
