I have recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and have been attending the Physio Gym for exercise/ Stretching therapy as part of the treatment of my condition at Falkirk Community Hospital.

The exercises given to me by the team were absolutely amazing and left me feeling totally relaxed and refreshed.

I can't thank the Physio team enough, especially Nurse Nelson who has been an excellent coach in providing an invaluable service.
