"Very impressed"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

Referred by pre-op to cardiology for an echocardiogram, prior to day surgery due to ECG changes.

Had ECHO recently -  sonographer Michelle was lovely, and gave me great explanations, and by lunchtime had phone call from consultant (Dr Payne) reassuring me that all was well, and procedure would go ahead as planned.

Very impressed.

Dear LOD75

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about your recent experience of the Pre-Op Department within University Hospital Crosshouse.

I am glad to hear that you received such kind, professional and compassionate care from our staff and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments to the wider Team in the Department and in particular Michelle and Dr Payne.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients. I know they will be delighted to receive this feedback and it will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported by them.

Please accept my best wishes and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind Regards

Pamela
