The healthcare service rendered at the Day surgery ward of Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, was exemplary.

The nursing and support staff were cordial, courteous, and compassionate. Despite their busy schedule, they made sure to accommodate our needs with a warm and welcoming smile. The staff exhibited commendable professional expertise, and they were prompt in attending to patients' needs, providing detailed explanations of procedures and medications.

The ward's environment was also commendably clean and hygienic, which contributed significantly to the patients' and their families' emotional wellbeing. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I am grateful for the exceptional care provided by the nurses and staff.
