My Ms Neurology nurse is always very caring, supportive and just 'knows her stuff'.  I always feel reassured that she will make sure I am kept up to date with appointments and any trials that are suitable.  I feel incredibly lucky and incredibly grateful  to have the team of people working with me to ensure I get the best treatment options that fit into my life.  Since I was diagnosed with MS in 2018, I have had first class treatment.

I am so pleased to hear that since diagnosis in 2018 you have had a first class service from your MS neurology team and nurse. It is lovely to hear that your nurse goes the extra mile to make sure you are kept informed of trials and appointments that are coming up. I can understand why you find it very reassuring when she is knowledgeable and personable.

I look forward to passing on your lovely words and feedback to the whole team who I am sure will get a real boost from hearing this.
