I had to accompany my niece to the fracture clinic at the BGH. We met the wonderful Bob (the plaster technician). My niece is visually impaired and struggles to follow instructions at times. Bob was amazing with her and put her at ease throughout her time in the room. He really got down to her level telling her stories and having her giggle throughout. She enjoyed singing Bob the builder to him. He explained everything he was doing and did everything nice and slowly reassuring her constantly. Excellent service from start to finish!
